Hosted a very small guest list at The Ancaster Mill in early spring of 2023. They kept their wedding party small (just one person on each side) and were more interested in having a great day surrounded by their favourite people, rather than spending too much time taking photos. We had extra time in their 6 hour package with me, so we went to the Princess Boat/Canoe launch in Hamilton for 45 minutes to take some wedding party portraits, and enjoy the incredible weather. All of the wedding party portraits on site at the mill took 15 minutes, the family formals too 20 minutes, and the rest of the day I captured candids and impromptu guest portraits. I loved how easy going this group was, and how open to suggestions they were when it came to rolling with the punches of the day.
